Subscription Policy
This policy explains Vikayo subscription billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds.
Subscriptions renew automatically according to selected billing frequency unless cancelled before renewal.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions from the billing portal linked in account settings.
Cancellation applies at period end unless required otherwise by applicable law.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable after a billing period begins. Cancelling prevents the next renewal and access continues through the paid period.
Trial availability and requirements are disclosed at checkout when enabled.
